Vivian Huey is a Site Alliance Manager at Genentech, where she leads efforts within the Advancing Inclusive Research (AIR) Site Alliance, a national consortium of sites focused on improving representation and equity in clinical trials. In this role, she manages site partnerships across the U.S., helping ensure sites are positioned for success through best practice sharing, operational support, and access to a portfolio of studies.
Vivian brings over 15 years of experience in Clinical Operations across site, CRO, and biotech settings—rising through the ranks from Clinical Research Coordinator to leadership roles at companies like Assembly Biosciences, Medivation, and Apollomics. Her therapeutic background includes oncology, ophthalmology, neurology, and infectious diseases, and she has led global studies, managed strategic partnerships, and built high-performing study teams. She is deeply committed to collaborative site engagement, operational excellence, and ensuring that clinical research is inclusive and accessible to all communities.

Vivian holds a B.S. in Biochemistry and Molecular Cell Biology from the University of California, Davis.
