Xoli Belgrave is a Senior Director at Parexel leading the Patient Inclusion within our Office of the Patient. She has 20+ years of global clinical research experience in program delivery, leadership, organizational change, and corporate strategy working in Pharma and CROs. Before coming into clinical research, Xoli worked with patients and carers in hospitals, care homes, and charities supporting families impacted by HIV in the London area. She holds an MSc in Neuroscience from Institute of Psychiatry, Kings College London, and a BSc Honours in Medical Biochemistry from Brunel University. She is currently a Doctoral Candidate in Organizational Change at Ashridge Business School, Hult University. Xoli is based near London, UK with 1 husband and 2 teenage children. She enjoys all weather walking, volunteering through her church community, watching African films, Avengers and Star Wars, and cooking for family/friends. She cannot be trusted with pets or plants.
